Access to Ocean Models Outputs

• Global Model Outputs:
  
  • NRL Layered Ocean Model (NLOM): real-time and archived, dynamically derivsed sst, ssh, and surface current nowcasts and 30-day forecasts at 7km mid-latitude resolution. This is a 1/16 degree model.
  • NRL Coastal Ocean Model (NCOM): real-time and archived derived sst, ssh, and surface current nowcasts and 30-day forecasts at 15km mid-latitude resolution. This is a 1/18 degree model.
    
• Access to a wide variety of ocean models data (e.g. including OCCAM, WOCE and others).
  
• The French MERCATOR Project.
  
• The US Fleet Numerical Server in Monterey.

The model animations require use of PowerFlic software, which you can download free.
