Survey carried out by ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) assessment teams, comprised of members of the Coasts, Oceans, Ports and Rivers Institute (COPRI) and the Technical Council on Lifelines Earthquake Engineering (TCLEE), have submitted field reports describing their activities and the condition of the areas affected by the tsunami.
