Sept. 2006: Volume IV of the IOC Manual on Sea Level Measurement and Interpretation is now available.
The volume provides an update of recommendations to 2006 and has been expanded in areas such as sea-level observations for tsunami warning, real-time data transmission and practical experiences with various sea-level measurement techniques.
The manual is available at the PSMSL IOC Manuals and Guides site or downloaded directly (pdf 2.4 MB).
